About Charlotte Marshall

Charlotte Marshall is one of the most experienced employer brand leaders in the world, responsible for successfully developing and activating five Fortune 500 brands in the last fifteen years. She is the current Global Employer Brand Leader at Danaher Corporation. Prior to joining Danaher, Charlotte led the 100-day development and activation of Magellan Health’s employer brand that became the first of its kind to be adopted as the overarching corporate brand at a F500 company. She also led the global team behind the award-winning employer brand at Thermo Fisher Scientific and has worked for companies such as Ernst & Young, Gillette, Ogilvy PR Worldwide, and the Henry M. Jackson Foundation.

Her experience and generous nature has led her to be a mentor and guide to many young professionals in the industry.
